環境及生態局局長謝展寰2月10日到立法會介紹立法建議時說：「人的食物不一定適合狗進食，所以我們不太建議狗主將餐廳食物餵給狗隻。但真的自行餵食的話，我們也不打算禁止這個行為。」
实行扶持对象、项目安排、资金使用、措施到户、因村派人、脱贫成效“六个精准”；实行发展生产、易地搬迁、生态补偿、发展教育、社会保障兜底“五个一批”。
